Condolences

Condolence From: Geraldine Clark
Condolence: So very sorry to learn of the passing of Deacon Gibbs. Met him a couple of weeks ago at the Church's graveyard to put a headstone on Deacon Clark's grave. He was so very supportive and kind during this time. When the Lord calls our loved ones home, he leaves a gift of memories in exchange. Hold on to your memories, and let them guide you during this time of sadness.

Condolence From: Mr. & Mrs. Gabe Peck, Jr.
Condolence: We pray that God will grant you the serenity and peace you need to get through the loss of your darling husband. May your fond memories of Deacon Gibbs bring you comfort. Look back on all the good memories you were able to make and smile at the fact that you we able to share in them with him. Despite the loss of his physical presence, we believe that God has assigned Deacon Gibbs as an angel to watch over you. We feel honored to have known the incredible man you love. He was always so remarkably kind and loving to us and we will always miss that. I (Gabe)feel blessed to have known a man of Deacon Gibb's spiritual caliber who never missed an opportunity to inspire and motivate me to continue God's work. He was consistent and devout in his spiritual journey and it was refreshing to witness. I (Tina) will truly miss that signature greeting that only he could master and have the same effect on me every time ... a big genuine smile, a warm hug, a chunk of kindness and some loving words to carry you through the week. This time, instead of stepping down from the choir loft, he has stepped up to be with the Lord. The awesome man we knew as Deacon Gibbs was a symbol of Godliness. Mrs. Gibbs, please stay strong and remember that we are here and praying for you.
