Brother Raphael Antonio Falu (Ray) was born August 31, 1953 in Mobile, AL.

He joined Stone Street Missionary Baptist Church at a young age, under the leadership of the late Dr. Charles Tunstall. He was a 1971 graduate of Williamson High School. He was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force, and in 2008 he retired from the United States Postal Service after 28 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Edwards Johnson and grandparents, Andrew and Minnie L. Edwards.

Remaining to cherish his memories is a loving and devoted wife, Rose Falu; daughters, Rachael Falu and Brenda Robinson; sons, Raphael Williams and Dernathius Jackson; a host of other relatives and friends.

His remains will lie in state on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 5-8pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile.

A visitation will be held Friday, November 10, 2017 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour in Small’s Mortuary Chapel, Mobile, AL. Interment will follow in Lawn Haven Cemetery, Theodore, AL.
