Obituary for Roy Lee Pritchett
Roy Lee Pritchett, a native of Dixon Mill, AL and a resident of Eight Mile, AL, was born on January 21, 1951 and passed on Thursday, January 4, 2018. He was a retired employee of Courtard and a member of the New Home MB Church in Prichard, AL.
Roy leaves to cherish and celebrate his memory a very loving and devoted wife: Monica; six children: Jawana Williams, Roy Pritchett Jr, Charon (Felecia) Pritchett, Jimese Pritchett, Brandon (Shandrika) Pritchett, Shaniqua Pritchett; nine siblings: Juanita Barner, Wilma Jean (Corey) Boyuer, Maeolis (Christopher) Brown, Cleois (Janice) Pritchett Jr, Francine Smith, Kenneth Pritchett, Michael (Mary) Pritchett, Janice Harper, Sharon (Ishmael) Smith; one brother-in-law: Marvin (Margaret) Turner; one sister-in-law: Beverly Spencer; sixteen grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
His remains will lie in state from 1-8pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at New Home MB Church, 1226 Neely Ave.., Prichard, AL. Interment will follow in Gethsemane North Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL.
