Elaine F.  Taylor
Elaine Fielder Taylor, a native of Prichard, Alabama, was born August 29, 1948 to the union of Conrad Fielder Jr. (Rita) in Mobile, Alabama.

She served Christ at St. Joseph Baptist Church and later joined her husband at Deer Park Baptist Church where he served as Pastor. At the time of her death, she was a member of Mt. Calvary Missionary Church.

She was also a member of Mattie T. Blount High School Class of 1966.

She was preceded in death by both parents, Conrad and Rita Fielder and her loving husband, Reverend Lee Arthur Taylor Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memories one devoted daughter: Lenise Taylor Mobile, Al.; five sons: Lee Arthur Taylor Jr. of North Little Rock , AK, Kenya Taylor (Rosalyn) of Mobile, AL, Daniel Taylor Sr. of Huntsville, AL, Aaron Taylor Sr. (Phayon) of Mobile, AL, Carlos Young Sr. (Shantell) of Daphne, AL; five sisters: Carolyn Johnson (Alfred), Janet Dukes, Dianne Fielder, Gwendolyn Fielder, and Conradean Fielder all of Mobile, Alabama.

She also leaves to cherish her memories sixteen (16) grandchildren: Maia Singleton, Ashanti Taylor, Aniya Taylor, Jermarcus Taylor (Rebekah), Jermesha Taylor, Daniel Taylor Jr. (DJ), Jareece Williams, Arian Taylor, Aaron Taylor Jr., Nahriya King-Taylor, Carlos Young Jr., Dantrel Young, Cartels Young, Devonte Young, DeAngelo Young and Carlisha Young; three (3) great-grandchildren: Braylon, Jermyracle, and Jarmarcus Jr.; and host of other relatives and friends including 4 devoted: Jennifer Fancher, Sister Norfleet Hudson, Mary Washington, and Vincent Fleeton.

Her remains will lie in state on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 1-8 pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile, Al. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 505 Mt. Calvary Avenue Prichard, AL Rev. Norvel Glover officiating. Interment will follow in Gethsemane North Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL.
