She attended Baldwin County High School in Bay Minette, AL.

She leaves to cherish her children, Chelsea E. Hale, Tkayah T. Green, Shateka S. Green and Wesley AJ Hale Jr., all of Bay Minette, AL; four sisters, Stacey L. Green of Bay Minette, AL, Teanda (Carlos) Sanford of Woodbridge, VA, Tasha Sledge of Brunswick, GA and Erica Sledge of Savannah, GA.; two brothers, Trey Sledge of Berlin, PA and Cornelius C. Thomas of Bay Minette, AL; a granddaughter, Hannah N. Green of Bay Minette, AL; nieces, Caytlyn M. Sanford of Woodbridge, VA and Charli M. Butler of Bay Minette, AL; nephews, Eric J. Broughton Jr. & Cornelius C. Thomas Jr. of Bay Minette, AL and Aaron Williams of Fayetteville, NC; aunts; uncles; cousins; family and friends; devoted cousins, Shantell S. Carter and Peter Washington of Bay Minette, AL.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral hour at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 955 Carroll Street, Bay Minette AL, 36507. Interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Bay Minette, AL.
