Obituary

Albert Brown, a native of Mobile, Alabama was born November 2, 1981. He departed on Friday August 7, 2020. He confessed Christ at an early age and he was a gentle giant. He went to Williamson and Murphy High School where he played football. In 2002, Albert attended Montgomery Job Corps and got certified in carpentry where he enjoyed framing homes. He worked on the creation of the movie set "Big Fish". In 2005, Albert moved to Orlando, Fl where he married his wife Shermani Segraves. In 2008, they were blessed with their baby girl Simone Brown. Albert worked as a bus operator and received his commercial trucking license, and years later became an owner of his own company AJRB Trucking. He always wanted to create a business and also be an advocate for other truckers. He leaves to cherish his memories to his wife, Shermani; daughter, Simone; his mother, Betty Brown (Christopher) Vassel; his father and mother-in-law, Samuel and Carolyn Segraves; three brothers: Mike (Shay) Brown, Tyrone (Keisha) Brown, and Paul Brown; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

With shock and disbelief, we revert back to what we know is true. You were not alone but in His presence when you crossed over(an omnipresent God). Thank you for loving Shermani, giving her everything she wanted that you could possibly provide for her; and the gift of Simone! You were a hands on dad... teaching her to fish(her pink reeling rod), teaching her about computers, you could repair anything with those giant hands(blessed hands)!
Thank you for making our lives richer by being a part of our family. As you're on the other side, know that you left Shermani, Simone, & family in good hands...HOLY HANDS, for comfort, provision, wisdom, protection; all the benefits of God for those who walk in obedience. You're always in our hearts!

This still doesn’t feel real...Al, thanks for being an awesome husband and father to Shermani and Simone. I watched as you worked hard and provided for your family. I was laughing the other day, thinking how you always said “Kim always pops up when we cook” lol. I know the family just gained another angel! Tell my granny I miss her! Always in our hearts...I love you bro!
