Andrea Latrice Dixon, best known as “Tiny” was born September 21, 1980 to the union of Nathaniel McCarroll and Angelia Jackson in Mobile, Alabama. She transitioned from the earthly to the heavenly on Sunday, July 4, 2021. She was preceded in death by her son, Maurice T. Jackson; her daughter, Andretta Jackson; her father, Nathaniel McCarroll; and her brother, Tavoris Davis.

Cherishing her memories include: her husband, Terry D. Dixon; her children: Deante Jackson, Terry Jackson, Demontrez Jackson; stepchildren: Ashley Washington and Tyler Washington; grandson: Amerr Washington.

Also cherishing her memories include: her mother, Angela (Frederick) Knight; mother-in-law, Evelyn (Jessie) Dixon; sisters: Chanavia Jackson, Tyler McCarroll, Patricia Carlton; brothers: Milton Jackson, DeAngelo Knight, Daniel Knight, Emetheus Jones; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 from 4pm until 8pm at Small’s Mortuary, 950 S. Broad Street, Mobile, AL. Homegoing Celebration will take place Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mt. Calvary Primitive Baptist Church, 1652 Butler Street (in Trinity Gardens), Mobile, AL. Rev. Willie Carmichael is the officiating pastor. A short visitation will take place prior to the service from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, 800 Mobile Street, Mobile, AL. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Small’s Mortuary.
