Barry LeJoseph Harris Sr., a resident of Mobile, Alabama was born
June 10, 1952 to Joe Young and Della Milton. He departed this life on
Monday, April 5, 2021. Barry graduated from Harry Lundeburg
School of Seamanship and worked as a Seafarer for many years. He
devoted much of his time to Christ Temple Apostolic Church,
agriculture, landscaping, and much more.

Barry was preceded in death by his sister Myticia Milton, father Joe
Young, step-father Leonard Milton, and son Juan Harris.

He is survived by his loving wife Jeanette Harris and Mother Della
Milton. Six children: Twanna Cater, LaKeisha Harris, LaFeisha
Harris, Barry Harris Jr, Kourtney Harris, and Bella Harris. Eight
grandchildren: LaJuan Harris, Juanishia Harris, Mercedes Rogers
(Gary), Au’Dania Harris, AuDonus Jones Jr, Han’nah Harris, Genesis
Thomas, and Makai Harris. 12 great-grandchildren: Logan Harris,
Landen Harris, A’dore Harris, Bentley Peterson, Laurynn Liggins ,
Haisley Harris, Garyon Rodgers, Lejaun Harris Jr, G’Yonie Rogers,
Laylia Joy Sims, Ger’Moni Rodgers, and Lyric Brand. Four siblings:
Ronald (Rose) Milton, Jerome Milton, Monica (Ernest) Hughes,
Michelle (Rodrick) Milton- Johnson. A host of loving nieces,
nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
