His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 from 1:00pm until 8:00 pm and Wednesday, April 14, 2010 from 9:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral hour at the Small's Mortuary Chapel, Mobile, AL.
