Charles Winfield Sykes a native of Mobile AL was born to the late Clarence & Beverly Sykes, on December 23,1959. He passed away on June 13, 2019 at Providence Hospital. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Velena Winfield and Father, Clarence Sykes II, Mother, Beverly W. Sykes, Brothers, Clarence T. Sykes III and Herman F. Sykes. He graduated from Davidson High School in 1978. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He will be remembered for his kind, loving heart and willingness to help everyone. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife of 32 years, Lutricia Sykes; two daughters Christiane Sykes and Sherica Reynolds (both of Mobile, AL.); three grandchildren Travis, Jade and Jaylen Smith; One sister, Linda B. Sykes; five brothers: Henry (Yurlean) Sykes, Carl Sykes, Barry Sykes, Earl (Elaine) Sykes, Donald (Ethel) Pettaway, Sister-in-law, Carolyn Sykes, Charlotte Sykes, Uncle,Winston (Edna) Winfield, all of Mobile, AL, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He also leaves his memories, Goddaughter, Earyn Sykes, Jakayla Gill, Kevonia Gill and Keandra West, of Mobile, AL and a special grandson, Travis Smith, and friends, Bruce McCracken and Jerome Young.
