Mr. Charles Edward Wesley was born February 8, 1953 to the late Jessie Wesley of Atmore, AL; and the late Hardy McMillian of Mobile, AL.
A Time to Live
Mr. Wesley, a native of Atmore, AL; lived in Theodore, AL; with his wife of forty-one years. He lived to celebrate sixty-seven years, just shy of his 68th birthday.
A Time to Serve:
Mr. Wesley was baptized in Atmore, AL; at an early age. He was a graduate of Ed Reed Trade School as a first class welder and had a career of forty-two years until retirement.
A Time to Love and Laugh:
Mr. Charles Wesley was married to Sarah L. Wesley for thirty-seven years. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He raised three children with his wife and was affectionately called "Honey" by his wife and “Paw-Paw” by his six grandkids. He enjoyed yard work, spending time with his dog Maine and enjoying his retirement years with his family and Campanella friends.
A Time to Be Remembered:
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Dinesha Kidd; and parents.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Sarah Wesley; sons: Eric Mose, LaFrederick Rowe; daughter, Danyell (Kevin) Epps; sisters: Marilyn Wesley, Amy Wesley, Cynthina Sapp, Jacqueline (Randal) Goodine, Chronda (James) Roberson and Bridgette McMillian; nephews: Reginald and Ryan Donald; niece, Amanda Donald; uncle, EB (Carrie) McMillian, aunts: Sarah Hinkel; Louise (Jessie) Richmond and Voncile Ford; sisters-in-law: Mildred Mose and Meshell Beasley; brothers-in-law: Karl (Adell) Mose and Emmanuel Mose; grandchildren: Alaneia (Tyler) Havard, DeUndray Rowe, Raven Wilson, Hayden Epps, Lola Epps and Mikayla Davis. He grew up with numerous cousins who were like brothers and sisters to him: Will (Ella) Lewis, Barbara (Jose') Gullien, Jacqueline (Carlton) Tyus, Freddie (Brenda) Lewis, Diane, Alice Faye, LeAnna, Sammy Fr. and Recoa Russell.
