Obituary for Clarence Johnson

Clarence Johnson was born August 30, 1946 in Mobile, AL to the late Hannah Moultrie and Robert Johnson. He graduated from Central High School in 1966 and attended Carver State Technical College for Electrical Engineering. He was a resident of Mobile, AL where he attended Steward Memorial Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. He leaves to cherish one devoted daughter, Kimberly Johnson, three beautiful grandchildren, Ja’Kala Johnson, Ta’Niyah Phalo, and Ja’Kiriyah Johnson, one brother, Bernard McKandes, cousins, Chandra Holder and Cornelius Crumb III, one nephew, Christopher Williams, two devoted friends, Johnny Phillips and Andrew Love, and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.

The viewing will be held at Small’s Mortuary on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020 at the Veterans Cemetery in Spanish Fort, AL at 11:00 AM, where Pastor Morris Bettis will officiate arrangements by SMALL’S MORTUARY 950 South Broad St. Mobile, AL 36603.
