Obituary for David Crenshaw Jr.
David Crenshaw, Jr. was born September 17, 1954 to David Crenshaw, Sr. and Lula Mae Womack Crenshaw. He went to rest with the Lord on Wednesday, April 30, 2022.
He was a graduate of C. F. Vigor High School. He went to trade school and later began a career in Roofing & Construction.
David confessed the Lord at an early age and was a member of New Testament Missionary Baptist Church, where he became a Deacon under Pastor Elijah B Davis. He was later called into the ministry where he served faithfully.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lula Mae Womack Crenshaw; maternal grandparents, Willie and Jamie Dixon Womack; paternal grandparents, Henry and Hattie Crenshaw; two sisters: Ellen Mae and Mary Ann.
David leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Beverly Jackson Crenshaw; his father, David Crenshaw, Sr.; three sons: Mark Jackson of Macon, GA, Mario Jackson of Mobile, AL and David Crenshaw, III of Montgomery, AL; siblings: Willie Crenshaw of CA, Doris Crenshaw of PA, Winston Crenshaw and Sandra Crenshaw both of Mobile, AL; nephews: Ezra Stephens (and his father Willie J. Stephens) of Mobile, AL and Nick Lavela of PA; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
