Dominick Joseph Settles age 20 of Loxley Alabama passed away on July 15th 2023. Dominick was employed at Sawgrass Consulting and had decided to follow a career in lane surveying engineering.

He leaves behind two loving parents: Roy and Michele Settles, three brothers: Roy Jr Settles, Romaro Settles, and Daniel Settles, one niece Rosie, his beloved girlfriend Olivia Weaver and countless aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Dominick embodied what every human being should strive to be… kind, loving, dedicated, patient, forgiving, magnetic, and humble. He had a smile that could rival the most beautiful sunset and he loved spending his days making the people he loved laugh.

There will be a visitation service for those wishing to pay respect to the family on Friday July 28th from 4pm - 8pm at Smalls Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held at Restoration Fellowship Ministries on July 29th at 11am, a visitation to visit the family will be at 9am that morning.

Remember the next time you think the sun looks just a little more spectacular that’s just Dominick smiling down at us. Fly high our sweet young man until we meet again.
