Donald Mason was preceded in death by his parents Hezekiah (Marie) Mason Sr., two sisters: Catherine West and Mary Alice Padgett, three brothers: Robert Mason, Henry Mason, and Johnny Lee Mason. Donald Mason was also proceeded in death by a devoted niece: Loretta West Young.

Four devoted nephews: Ezekial Cooks Jr.,Joel A. Bradley, Dwayne Mason, Rodney Mason. One devoted former brother-in-law Ezekial Cooks Sr., devoted friends, Willie McCovery, Minister Bernadette Douglas and a devoted friend/cousin Keith Valrie.
