Mrs. Earnestine Laura Johnson Moore - 87, a native and resident of St. Elmo, born December 5, 1919 departed this life Friday, June 15, 2007 at a local hospital. She leaves to cherish her memories three devoted children, Bernice( Robert) Lane, Birmingham, AL., Willie Moore , St. Elmo, AL., and Velma Wilson, Prichard, AL., two sisters, Jessie (Love) Averrett, and Mary Jean (Rev. James) Price, both of Columbia, MS.,brother, Sidney (Alma) Johnson, Tulsa, OK., eight grands, six great-grands, five great, great-grands. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, June 22, 2007 from 1-8pm and Saturday, June 23, 2007 after 10am until the 12noon funeral hour at New Welcome Missionary Baptist Church, St. Elmo, Interment in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
