Mother Eddie Mae Williams was born on May 26, 1929 in Birmingham, AL. On Friday, March 26, 2021, Mother Eddie Mae Williams exchanged this life for eternal glory. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband Willie A. Williams, Sr., twin sister Edith Stallworth, Daughter Betty Ann Williams, Sons, Melvin Williams, Richard Stallworth, Willie A. Williams (“June”), and Granddaughter Tabitha Williams. She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving children, Devoted son Andrew (Anita) Williams, Terry (Renae) Williams, Jerry Williams, Ralph (Mary) Williams, All of Mobile, AL. Milton (Valerie) Williams of Stockton, CA, Mitchell Williams, of Detroit, MI. Daughters Yvonne Williams, and Jean Williams, of Mobile, AL. 28 Grandchildren, A host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives. Mother Williams was a Hairdresser by trade and studied classical piano. Mother Williams was a faithful and devoted member of Little Welcome Baptist Church, where she served on the Usher Ministry until her health declined. In spite of her health, she continued to worship and praise God through it all. She was a wonderful mother, nurturer, provider, confidant, friend, strong woman of faith, motivator, and the foundation for which her family stands.
