Remembering Elect Lady Francetta M. Threatt
PSALMS 112:4 Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that fearth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
Francetta Missouri Threat was born September 13, 1956 in Prichard, Alabama to Ivory Cummings & Ira D. Howell (both preceded her in death). She was raised by Elijah and Carlean Hannah.
She moved to Detroit where she spent her teens and a vast amount of her adult years. She graduated from Stevenson School and went on to earn several certifications. She had four sons. She was preceded in death by three sons: Bryant Howell, Lionel Howell, Bobby Fisher and one living son, Kernard Fisher. She returned back to Alabama in 1991 where she raised two of her granddaughters, Michelle and Jessica. She married Andrew Threatt April 9, 2013 and they resided in Mobile Alabama.
There, she found Yahshua Hamashiach (Jesus Christ) and developed a relationship with Yahweh that impacted others’ lives. A longtime servant in the Lord's church, Elect Lady Francetta Threatt was Ordained to the Historic Eldership under valid Apostolic Succession by the Covenant Apostolic Congregations International. Her dedication and unique gifting blessed both the international CACI body and her beloved Covenant Life Congregation of Mobile AL where she served faithfully and with distinguished honor for many years. She found joy in praying, studying the Bible, teaching people the word, tutoring children, and fellowshipping with others.
She loved to help the elderly, homeless, and kids. She was a helper and a giver. She loved Yahweh and it showed. She was affectionately known as “Mother Fran” and will always be remembered as a Woman of God with a kind heart and a warm smile.
On January 1, 2020 Yahweh called our beloved Sister Fran home. Sshe leaves to cherish her memories her husband Andrew Threatt, precious son Kenard Fisher, Elijah and Carlean Hannah, Landis Threatt, Adell Fowlers. Sixteen Grandchildren (Lynell, Antonio, Deante, Michelle, Jessica, Titienna, Lil Kenard, England, Noah, Nilah, Adrianna, Liam, Prince, Brooklyn and Alaina), Seven Great- Grandchildren: Ka’lee (preceded her in death), Jeremiah, Ja’Niya, Avionne, Riley, De’Riyah & Nolen) Five brothers, Winston (Jessie Mae) Hill, Robert Hill, Anthony Howell, Ernest Howard, & Cornelius Howell. One sister, Blondie (Larry) Johnson, sister-in-law, Yolanda Yates, her church family, a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, god children, and many devoted friends.
