He was preceded in death by his parents, Mrs. Madeline Taylor Pickett and Mr. Frederick Douglas Pickett, Sr., sister, Lynn Pickett Edwards, mother and father-in-law, Mária Valeria Acevedo Acosta and Crecencio Utrera Terrón.
