Due to the COVID, it has been so hard to keep up with friends who pass away without your knowledge. I am saddened by the passing of my friend, Horace Miles. Horace and I knew each other from back in the day when everybody knew each other and we were our Brothers/Sisters keeper. Horace would visit my church from time to time and the last time he was there was December 8, 2019 @ Rock of Faith Missionary Baptist Church where he loved to come to hear our choir & my Pastor Preach. When the service was over, we greeted each other as he was leaving, exchanged a few words and we parted. Little did we know that it would be our last time. Some people you know and meet are just acquaintances, but I can truly say; he was my friend! We had some really good time together and I will truly miss him! Rest in Eternal Peace My friend!
