Jalen returned to the loving arms of God on October 13, 2019. Jalen was a senior at Baldwin County High School in Bay Minette, AL., a member of Gethsemane Seventh Day Adventist Church, and a brother to the
Kappa League of Daphne. Jalen had many hobbies. He loved and enjoyed them all. On any day, you could find
him fishing, hunting, horseback riding, or riding his ATV. He loved being outdoors. Also, he enjoyed working and
refurbishing cars and installing speaker boxes in any vehicle he could. He was a handson youngman who saw
beauty in making what was old anew. Futhermore, he was business minded and tapped into entrepreneurial
skills. But, above all, Jalen possessed a loving heart,beautiful spirit, and the ability touch the hearts all he met. Jalen was truly a beautiful majestic soul.
Jalen was preceded in death by his loving grandfather Arthur Douglas Yelder Sr. and leaves behind to cherish his memories, life, and legacy his loving and doting parents Jamie and Jamaica Yelder, his little brother, best friend and light of his life Jace Scott Yelder, his loving Grandmothers Margaret Yelder and Rose Lewis (John), his Grandfathers James Jackson, his pawpaw Garrett Reed, his uncles who adored and nurtured him Arthur Yelder Jr., Gregory Moore, Randall Moore,Herbert Moore, Charles Moore, Chris Mohamed, Brandon Moore and Jimmy Jenkins, his Aunts and Uncles who loved, adored, and spoiled Jalen, Heather Yelder, Stacey Yelder, Courtney Yelder, Bridget Millhouse, Deborah Reed, Stephanie Moore, Juanita Dukes, Marci Tiggs, Lauretta Cooper, Carolyn Jenkins, Annette Moore, Fleda Tiggs, Sally Moore, Mary Moore, Janice Mohamed (Frank) and Cynthia Mohamed. and Uncle Derrick Bracey. There are so many more aunts and uncles we could not name here however your love and guidance assisted in making Jalen such a remarkable young man, please know Jalen loved you and appreciated all the love, and he took the very best of you all with him and shared it with anyone who was lucky enough to even spend a single minute with him. Jalen leaves behind his loving cousins Jacoby Crayton, Jimari Aldridge, Austin Yelder, Auri Yelder, Destiny Wright , Ryan Moore, Madison and Christian Nunnery. A host of second cousins, Caleb Jones, Peyton Thomas. His classmates the class of 2020 at BCHS and his bonus family Gregory Denise and Whitney Johnson.
