Juanita McQueen was born March 08, 1928 in Andalusia, Alabama and made her transition to a higher level on February 3, 2022. She preceeded in death by her parents Reverened James & Mattie McQueen, (sisters) Eula Mae Andrews, Louise Major, Esther Duncan, Ruth Flowers, (brothers) Peter, James, Quincy & Charles McQueen.
Juanita was an accomplished woman who graduated from Andalusia High School and earned a Bachelors in early education from Chicago State University in Illinois. Juanita was a retired school teacher who shared her passion for learning with thousands of children in different states including the Mobile County Public School system. She enjoyed traveling and was fortunate to have toured the world. While living in Dallas, she enjoyed modeling at

In 1963 where she won Charmer for many weeks.
She cherishes her memories with 2 beloved and devoted sisters Margaret Small, Mobile, Alabama, & Mildred McQueen, Gardena California. A devoted niece Carolyn McNair and all her nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends who loved her.
