Julius Westley Cook Sr. - a native and resident of Mobile born December 15, 1953 departed this life for eternity Saturday, June 16, 2007 at a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore Sr, and brother, Johnny Cook. He leaves to cherish his memories devoted son, Julius Westley Cook Jr., daughter, Darneshia Webb, loving mother, Mattie Mae Cook, two step son, James MeShaun (Samantha) Philips and Johnathan Abney, two brothers, Theodore Cook, Jr., Waco, TX, and James (Deborah) Cook, Mobile, two sisters, Linda Cook, Mobile and Diane Cook, Atlanta, GA., adopted sister, Vanessa Perine, eight nieces and nephews, Kawain and Roderick Cook, both of Atlanta, GA., Kendra, Aaron, Brittany, Whitney Cook, Donnita and Tremayne Perine, all of Mobile four aunts, Irene Washington, Cora Reed, Dorothy(Scott) Carstarphen, all of Mobile, and A. Delores Cook, Pensacola, FL., uncle, Mitchell Harris, Jr., Milwaukee, WI., four devoted godsisters, Eula Mae Collins, Mamie Giles, Carlesia Smith and Annette Young , several grandchildren a host of other relatives and friends. His remaims will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, June 22, 2007 from 1-8pm and Saturday June 23, 2007 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour St. Joseph Baptist Church, S.
