Obituary for Julius Bernell Frink Sr.

Celebration of Life


Julius Bernell Frink, Sr. was born on July 9, 1933 in Brunswick County, NC to the late Reverend Henry Julius Frink and Pearl Bell Gause Frink.
At the young age of 18, he joined the United States Air Force, where he served 20 plus years and retired as a Staff Sergeant E5. He also later retired from Ciba-Geigy after many years. He resided in Malcolm, AL until the age of 74, when he could no longer independently care for himself. He lived the remainder of his life in Mobile, AL where he departed his life in the early morning of December 20, 2020.
Julius was a loving father and husband who outlived his late wife, Deloris Davidson Frink. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters Cheryl (David) Hunter of Hueytown, AL and Voncile (Robert) Owens of Mobile, AL; his sons Julius (Cynthia) Frink, Jr. of Mobile, AL, Robert (Lenora) Marlowe of Longwood, NC and Marvin (Karen) Davidson of Sunflower, AL; 24 grandchildren, 1 devoted, Broderick (Pam) Frink of Mobile, AL and a host of great grands, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held Saturday, December 26, 2020, 9am - 11am, at Small’s Mortuary, 950 South Broad St., Mobile, AL. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, December 26, 2020, 1pm, at Red Hill Cemetery, Sunflower Rd., Sunflower, AL, Pastor Frank Anthony Woodyard Officiating.
