Keith J. Cooper, 67, died peacefully at home on May 5, 2021. Navy veteran served in the Vietnam war. Preceded in death by his parents, Mary Thomas Cooper and Joseph Angelo Tanner, sister Griselle Tanner and brother Floyd Cooper. Survived by sisters, Lyn DuCloux (Oakdale, MN), Denise Smith (Henry Scott) Mobile, AL, Karen Jackson (Mobile, AL) Teneshia (Patrick) Blankenship (Mobile, AL) and Sonya (Paye) Flomo, (Hampton, MN). Aunt Conradean Thomas (Sacramento, CA), Sister-in-law Shirley Cooper (Sacramento, CA). Hosts of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
