Obituary for Kent Perry

Bro. Kent Lawrence Perry-- a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, born November 7, 1965 to the late Mr. Issac N.( Ethel L.) Perry, departed this life Friday, March 23, 2007 at a local hospital. He was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Walter Vasser. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mrs. Pearlie Bridges, uncles, Jake Irby and Willie Perry. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted mother, Mrs. Ethel L. Perry, step mother Deborah Rembert, six sisters, two devoted Gwendolyn Irby and Barbara Perry, Pamela, and Cynthia Rembert, Jacqueline Bendolph, all of Mobile, Janice Rembert, Boston, MA., three devoted brothers, Rev. Willie James(Doris), Eugene(Benita) Perry and Christopher(Jessica) Jones, two uncles, J.D. Hunter, all of Mobile, and William(Rosie) Hunter, Camden, AL. two aunts, Etta Powell, Jersey City, NJ., and Pearl Ellis, Boston, MA., ten nephews, five devoted Victor and Roderick Irby, Travis, Tony and Tavaris Perry, three nieces, two devoted friends, Pauline Crawford and Desiree Pritchett, a host of other relatives and friends to numerous to name His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, March 30, 2007 from 1-8pm and Saturday March 31, 2007 after 11am until the 1pm funeral hour at Stewart Memorial CME Church, 1266 Dr. MLK, Jr. Ave. Rev. Bernard Johnson, pastor and Rev. M.J. Perry, officiating the family will recieve friends from 12 noon until the 1pm funeral hour. Interment Whispering Pines Cemetery
