Obituary for Leon Allen Sr.

Mr. Leon Emmit Allen, Sr.-- a native of Baldwin County and resident of Montrose entered into a peaceful rest , Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Mary, son, Leon, Jr., parents, Charles and Donna V., brothers Calvin and Charles Allen, sister, Dianne Allen Coleman. He leaves to cherish his memories three daughters, Regina Allen, Atlanta, GA, Margaret (Chuck) Hines, Stephanie (Etheridge) Dortch both of Fairhope, brother, Alfred (Juanita) Allen, four sisters, Charletta Green, Pamela (Samuel) Watson, both of Montrose, Patsy (Raymond) Jackson, Doris (George) Pickett; brother-in-law, George Coleman, all of Daphne, eight grands, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, June 15, 2007 from 1-8pm and Saturday, June 16, 2007 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour Greater Montrose AME Church, Montrose, AL. Interment in Montrose Cemetery. Dignified and professional services are entrusted to SMALL'S MORTUARY, 950 S. Broad St, Mobile, AL
