He was preceded in death by his mother, Merion Taylor; father, Eddie Taylor; stepfather, Clarence Hobbs; and grandmother, Mary Lee Hobbs;
Lorice leaves to cherish his memories, two brothers: Carl Mitchell and Commie (Kimberly) Hobbs, Sr.; two sisters: Tynia Mitchell and Tiffany Taylor; five aunts: Nellie Mitchell, Patricia Mitchell, Carolyn Mitchell, Rose (George) Jenkins and Rose Lewis; four uncles: James (Alice) Mitchell, Roy (Elaine) Mitchell, Alvin (Regina) Mitchell and Leroy (Deborah) Hobbs; eight nieces: Kerra Hobbs, CoMiya Hobbs, Kimora Hobbs, Erica Mitchell, Diamond Mitchell, O’livia Jones, Paizlee Taliaferro and Wynter Taliaferro; three nephews: Glenn Mitchell, Kalen Hobbs and Commie Hobbs, Jr.; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
