Sister Lula Bell Stegall was born on July 28, 1932 to the union of Mr. Fletcher and Luella Austin in Sunflower, Alabama. She was called from her earthly home on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at a local hospital. Sister Stegall was preceded in death by her husband, James Stegall, Sr., mother and father, Fletcher and Luella Austin, sons, Johnny Stegall and James Stegall, Jr., sisters, Jessie Mae Martin and Gertrude Kirksey and brother, Fletcher Austin, Jr.
She had a passion for fishing and enjoyed spending time with her precious family at every opportunity that arose.
She leaves to cherish her memories, three loving and devoted children, John (Shelia) Austin, Chickasaw, Alabama, Darlene (George) Nobles, Semmes, Alabama and Annette (Nathaniel) Speight, Sr., Satsuma, Alabama; one granddaughter whom she raised and cherished as her very own, Domonique Stegall; grandchildren, Denise Daniels, John Austin, Jr., Latoria Austin, Jamario Stegall, Jamon Stegall, Sherry Stuckey, ZaQuinn Nobles, Nathaniel Speight, Jr., Theavius Speight and William Speight; a host of great grandchildren, two devoted, NeKil Nobles and Zoey Jackson; one brother, Roosevelt (Kris) Austin; one sister, Rosie (Curtis) Malone; four sisters-in-law, Mary Austin, Dorothy Jones, Gwen Thomas and Thelma Johnson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
