Lynette Patrice Brown was born on May 14, 1965, and departed this life for her eternal home on Sunday, November 25, 2018. She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted daughter Stacey Brown; Father: Rufus Brown; Grandfathers: Coley Brown and Willie Trotter; Grandmothers: Mary (Phillip) Armstrong and Thelma Bell; Brother: Marvin Trotter; Aunt: Doris King; Nephew: Tyrone Simmons and Niece Gail Nelson. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving and devoted daughter, Takiera Brown and granddaughter Takayla Brown of Mobile, AL; Her loving mother Barbara Brown; Sisters: Debra Trotter Nelson, Linda Trotter, and Delcha Jones; Brothers: Willie Trotter, Tyrone Brown, and Myrone Brown all of Mobile, AL; A loving and devoted twin brother Lionell Brown of Lithonia, Georgia; A host of nieces, two devoted Tracy Nelson and Erica Trotter of Mobile, AL; A devoted nephew Gregory Nelson Jr. of San Antonio, Tx; A host of great nieces, four devoted: Shanae (Terry) McCovery, Jakaiya Wiley, Shaniya Cook, and Nyla Nelson Ingram. A host of great-nephews, four devoted: Marquis Trotter, Ladarius Pate, Zyrian Covington, and Kymani Nelson. A devoted uncle, Robert King. Two devoted cousins: Dantris Armstrong and Doris Williams; Two devoted friends: Janice Smith and Linda Davis; along with a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Her remains will lie in state on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 1-8pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 7, 2018 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at Small's Mortuary, 950 South Broad Street, Mobile, AL 36603. Interment will follow in Gethsemane North Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL.
