Obituary for Major Sneed IV

MAJOR SNEED IV (LI’MAJOR) was born on May 30, 1997 to the
union of Major Sneed III and Claudette Rocker at Mobile Infirmary in
Mobile, AL. He entered eternal rest on November 16, 2022 at USA Health
in Mobile, AL.
Major was a graduate of Class of 2015 from Murphy High School.
After high school he moved to Montgomery, AL for a couple of years.
He resided in Nashville, TN.
Li’Major was well known wherever he lived and never met a
stranger He was one of a kind and had a style of his own. Stylish dresser,
smooth dancer, cook, decorator, planner of events, and life of the
party were some of his attributes. He loved to travel and enjoyed life. A
smile that would light up a room. Major left us all with precious heart
touching memories.
He was proceeded in death by his grandfather Major Sneed Jr.
and the woman who spoiled him the most his grandmother Ida Manzie;
stepfather Samuel Nicholson and aunt April Ruggs.
Major’s memories will be cherished by his devoted parents his King
Major Sneed III and Queen Claudette Rocker; his brother Darion Sneed,
longtime companions Antonio Forbes Jr., Cash (the dog); grandparents
Lawrence (Earldine) Gable, great grandmother Johnice Porter, 4 aunts;
Tamekia (Willis) Reed, Ann Foster, Sharon (Carl) Carleton, Vickie
Crawford, 4 uncles; Albert (Shaunda) Ruggs Jr., Elliot Sneed, Timothy
(Yolanda) Sneed, Tyrone (Veronica) Ward; a niece Kaylee Sneed; 2
nephews, Jayce Sneed, Javiour Sneed; godmother Longette Quinney;
god sent grandmother Bridgette Rocker; spiritual parents Pastor Carl
and Angela Coker; devoted friends Devonte Yelding, Benard Taylor,
Kierra Street, Jacobi Lambert, Kyra Savage, Terry Price Jr., Davin
Mickens, Carlisa Coker, Charity Davis, Ny’Kenya Rocker, Derrick Williams,
NeeNee Hunt and multitude of other relatives, friends and love ones.
