Marie Turner-- a native of and resident of Mt. Vernon, AL, born June 1, 1936, departed this life Thursday, December 6, 2007 at a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Nettie Turner, sister, Gladys Patterson and brother, Louis George Turner. She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Angetta (Garry), two grands, Gabrielle Jereca and Jeremy Ryshard Bogan, all of Gautier, MS, four sisters, Lucille Goines and Delores (Hayward) Donald, both of Loraine, OH, Virginia Turner, Mobile and Clara McCree, Mt. Vernon and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Vistation will be held Saturday, December 15, 2007 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour at Mt. Olive Primitive Baptist Church.
