Obituary for Mary Taylor

Sis Mary Marsh Taylor-- a native of Kimbrough, AL. and a resident of Mobile born, October 30, 1913 to the late Henry and Emma Marsh, departed this life Saturday, June 13, 2009 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. & Mrs Ocie Hall. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Cannan Baptist Church, Annie Maine, AL. In 1976 she moved to Mobile and united with the Shiloh Baptist Church, Mobile, where she served as president of the mission department, a member of the senior choir and a faithful member of the sunday school until her health began to fail. She leaves to cherish her memories two loving and devoted daughters and caregiver, Helen (Ocie) Hall, Mobile and Mrs. Gloria (Virgil) Bandy, Manassas, VA., eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, twelve great great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends, four devoted, Sis. Katherine Millhouse, Sis. Lucille Evans, Dea. A. C. & Betty Mosley, Mr. & Mrs. Jimmie Boykin. Special thanks to Dr. David Pate and Mercy Medical nurses, Jeannie Crabtree and Mike Sealy. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, June 19, 2009 from 1-8 pm and Saturday, June 20, 2009 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour Shiloh Baptist Church, Mobile. Interment will follow in the Lawn Haven Cemetery. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Smalls Mortuary 950 Broad St. Mobile, AL.
