Prince Starks, Jr. - a native of Jackson, AL and a longtime resident of Prichard, AL. departed this life Monday, February 12, 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Watkins and Prince Starks, Sr.; brother, Jimmie L. Starks. He leaves to cherish his memories three children, Joann (Robert) Wheat, Joseph Starks and Donica Edwards; five grands, one great-grand, brother, John (Naomi) Starks, two sisters, Ruth (John) Brown all of Mobile and Sallie (Jessie) Bumpers, Belton, TX; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, four devoted, one very very devoted Ms. Bennie Winston, Shell Williams, Earl Davis and Mr. Shorty. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Friday, February 16, 2007 from 1-8pm and Saturday, February 17, 2007 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour, Antioch Baptist Church 350 Chandler St. Interment in Prichard Memorial Cemetery.
