Obituary for Roland Foster Sr.
Roland was preceded in death by his father Leroy Foster, Sr, his brother Leroy, Jr., his paternal grand-parents John and Lucy Foster, his maternal grandmother, Daisy Bell Napier and two grand-children Sebastin Holcombe-Burrell and Reilyn Foster Hayes.
He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife of 31 years Cynthia Mosley Foster. Five children Talicia Holcombe, Jacksonville, FL, Alvin (Cherrell) Pate, Rolounda (Tamarkus) Hayes, Roland (Brittney), Jr and Derrick Napier all of Mobile, Alabama. His loving mother Mary Foster. Two siblings Vivian Foster and Anthony (Karen) Foster.
Eight grand-children Tai’lynn, Tailor, Dominique, Alvin, Jr, Ariel, Andrew, Savannah and Hilarie. Four aunts Asonia Smith, Shirley Harper, Brunell Sims and Charlie Earl Foster Schenectady, NY. Four uncles Raymond (Shellie) Napier of Quitman, MS, Daniel Foster and Maxie Pearson of Gilbertown and McKinley (Eula) Foster of Dayton, OH; Five sisters-in-law Helen (Charlie) Rembert, Frances Stabler, Rose (Lyonel) Pugh, Bessie Mosley, and Theretha Mosley. Two brothers-in-law Anthony (Ernestine) Mosley, Sr and Cleophus (Theresa) Mosley. Godsister Carolyn (Rev. Lewis) Franks and godbrother Joe Locke.
