Ronitrick Martise Welch, 41, departed this life for his eternal home on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. Ronitrick was a graduated of Mattie T. Blount. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy from 1995 to August 2004, serving for 8 years as a Culinary Specialist. Until 2013, he was employed as a Correctional Officer with the Mobile County Sheriff Office and later with the Team Steel Placement. He is survived by his wife: Kimberly Hardy Welch; mother: Bernadette M. Harrison; father: Marshall E. Welch; four sons: Ronitrick, Stephon, and Shemar Welch, Michael Hardy; three daughters: Zeen’a, Larenzia, and Kimberly Hardy; one brother: Robert (Felicia) Harrrison; one sister: Courtney (Vincent) Holman; one devoted aunt: Michelle Williams; ten grandchildren, one devoted granddaughter: Mayria; three sisters-in-law: Tamara, Ija, and Raven Hardy; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends, one devoted: Kenny.His remains will lie in state on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 5-8pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018 from 8am until the 10am funeral hour in at Small’s Mortuary Chapel, 950 S. Broad St., Mobile.
