Obituary for Sonya Michelle Battle
Sonya Michelle Battle, 49, passed peacefully at a local hospital surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 8, 2019.
She is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Jewel (Rashi) Finch; two loving grandchildren, Noah and Marion; her loving parents, Theodore & Mamie McCants Roberts; a brother, Michael (Gayle) Roberts; a nephew, Brett Roberts; and a host of other loving relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
A graveside service celebrating Sonya's life will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, August 15, 2019 in The Catholic Cemetery, 1700 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Mobile, AL 36617.
