Sylvester Johnson, born September 16 1942 in Mobile County, Alabama and a longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama. He passed this life for eternity on Friday, February 5, 2021.
Sylvester joined and was a proud Veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, Van Harden; and his brother, Bobby Malone.
Sylvester leaves to cherish his memories, a loving and devoted wife of twenty-two years, Louise Johnson; three daughters: one devoted, Sandra J. Winton, Mecha Carter and Marlene (Jame) Wiggerfall Williams; two step-daugters: Willie Mae Lambert and Tammy Lambert (Baffour) Eyawu; two brothers; Kelvin Malone and Bruce Malone; thirty-eight grandchildren, two sisters-in-law: Rebecca Culpepper and Lula Chan-dler; grandchildren, one devoted, Willie Malone; one great-grand; one step-granddaughter, Tallisa Lambert; missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends, one devoted, Arnold Ball; one god-sister, Emma Chestang.
