He attended Central High School, and was a graduate of the Class of 1964. He also attended the University of Kentucky, and studied in Brick Masonry. Theodore was employed with Radcliffe Construction, and worked as a Contractor.
Theodore leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Anna Nelson; children, Larry Nelson, Frederrick Nelson and Rodney Mack; a life friend, Elain Millerden; children, Kelvin, Toni and Angela, Eric. Corey and Veronica Phylon; five grandchildren: Jessica, Alexander, Frederick, Jr., Alby and Diamond; six great grandchildren: Josiah, Aaron, Amir, Ava, Aubry and Shyla; a brother, Larry (Cynthia) Nelson; Cynthia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
