Sister Tommie Lee Moody-- 82 a native of Coy, AL., and a resident of Mobile, born May 26, 1925 departed this life Friday, April 4, 2008 at a local hospital. She was a longtime member of Lillie Baptist Church, Mobile, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband Dewitt Moody, parents, six brothers and three sisters. She leaves to cherish her memories brother, Wesley (Parilee) Westry, Atlanta, GA., seven sisters, Annie Williams, Monroeville, AL., Mary Lewis and Maggie Anderson, both of Bedford, OH., Louise Westry, Mt. Vernon, NY., Annie Westry, Peekskill, NY., Eloise (Marvin) Simon, Mobile, AL. and Barbara (Freddie) Coleman, Shalimar, FL., sister-in-law, Carstella Kinght, Monroeville, AL., brother-in-law, Charles Thomas, Chicago, IL., a host of loving nieces, nephews, and other dedicated family members. Her remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 1-8pm and Thursday, April 10, 2008 after 9am until the 11am funeral hour Lillie Baptist Church, Interment Lawn Haven Cemetery.
