Obituary for Vernon Herbert Morse

Vernon Herbert Morse, a resident of Fairhope, AL departed this life on Saturday, November 3, 2019. He was born January 10, 1941 to Mr. & Mrs. Clarence Jr. and Louise Morse in Mobile, AL. Vernon was preceded in death by his (Wife) Sandra Clemon Morse, (Brother) Raphael Morse and (Brother) Marshall Lewis.
Vernon graduated from Central High School in Mobile, AL and he received his Degree of higher education and graduated from Alabama State University and became an Educator for over 40 years. Vernon met and married the love of his life Sandra Clemon Morse on August 6, 1983. One of Vernon’s greatest accomplishments was being baptized May 11, 1968 as one of Jehovah Witnesses (over 50 years) and of sharing Bible truth with others in his community.

Vernon leaves to celebrate his life (Brother) Clarence Morse III, (Sister) Anne (Charles) Tanks, (Sister) Ada (Harvey) Jackson, (Brother) Winston Lewis, (Brother) Maurice (Rita) Lewis, (Sister) Valgean Lewis-Pierson and (Brother) Michael Lewis, (Brother-in-Law) Cleo (Alice) Brown, (Sister-in-law) Darlene (Johnnie) Clemon Moore, (Sister-in-Law) Alton Herman and a very devoted friend who Vernon called his Brother, Sammie (Deloris) Brown. Devoted (Nieces) Yevette Nicole Moore, Sonja (Aundra) Dennis, Shakira (Juan) McCants and devoted (Great Nieces) Kaylin McCants and Karmen McCants. A host of devoted relatives, friends and his Brothers and Sisters of the Jehovah Witnesses Congregation’s around the world.

We would like to thank the Family of Mr. Vernon Morse for entrusting Small's Mortuary with the Final and most sacred arrangements of their loved one.
