Ruby Charlette Davis AKA “Lett” was born in Mobile, Alabama September 28, 1961 a lifelong resident of Mobile until she was called home to be with her heavenly father September 24, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Lett confessed Christ and acknowledged Jesus as her Lord and Savior and was a member of The Shelter Church. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Booker T. and Ruby Agee Davis and Louis and Mae Ollie Cook of Mobile, Alabama.
She leaves to cherish her memories her devoted mother Ann Davis Jackson of Mobile, Alabama, a father James A. Cook and one devoted daughter Julie Ann (Kenneth) Anderson of Mobile, Alabama; like a son John Greggs Jr. of Mobile, Alabama; one grandson Kendal Isaiah Agee Anderson of Mobile, Alabama; one Godson Montel Seals; three aunts Sarah Crittenden, Deloris (James) Coleman, and Barbara (Anthony) Lang all of Mobile, Alabama; two cousins raised as sisters Jacqueline “Jackie” (Charles) Roberson of Boynton Beach, Florida and Amy R Davis of Mobile, Alabama; a host of cousins, relatives, and friends; one special friend Kimberly Henderson of Mobile, Alabama.
