Mr. Richard D. Brown was born on July 22, 1940 and departed this life for his eternal home on Friday, January 13, 2017.
His remains will lie in state 5-8pm Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 9am until the 10:30am funeral hour in the Small’s Mortuary Chapel, 950 South Broad Street, Mobile, AL. Interment will follow in the Alabama State Veteran Cemetery, Spanish Fort, AL.
