Mr. Allen Jerome Townser, 55, passed away on April 15, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Townser was born on November 21, 1961 and is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Nettie Townser, Sr., of Silverhill, AL; two sisters, Essie Edwards and Debra Jones; and one brother, Larry Townser.

Mr. Townser was a skilled interior and exterior painter and sheet rock layer for 35 years. He had a passion for race cars, Auburn University Football, and loved to joke and laugh.

Mr. Townser also attended Baldwin County Public School System and was a lifelong member of Little Welcome Baptist Church in Silverhill, AL, under the leadership of Reverend Lorenzo Bennett.

Allen Jerome Townser leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife of 16 years, Wanda Robinson Townser; three step-children, Judge Lee, Jr., and Crystal Lee; five step-grandchildren, Kalen Robinson, Kelton Robinson, Arianna Williams, Amiyah Lee and Amari Lee; two sisters, Gloria (Marvin) Williams and Gertrude (Harvey) Mitchell; four brothers, Frank (Beverly) Townser, Jr., Tony (Chris) Townser, Joseph (Desiree) Townser and Andrew Townser; three sisters-in-law, Clarissa Robinson, Michelle Robinson, and Marilyn Robinson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. .

Mr. Townser's remains will lie in state on Friday April 21, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Small's Mortuary, Daphne. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. funeral hour at the Union Missionary Baptist Church, 955 Carroll Street, Bay Minette, AL 36507. Interment will follow in the Mutual Aid Cemetery at Dickman and Nicholsville Road Intersection, Bay Minette, AL 36507
