The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ella McKee can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: May "the hearer of prayer" continue to strengthen your family during this most difficult time. ( Proverbs 3:5,6) The days ahead will get easier,as those close to you provide the support and encouragement you need to stay strong. Share the memories you cherish they will ease your sorrow and will always be a comfort to you and those who listen. We hope that many cards, hugs, kind words, and loving prayers sustain your family.

Condolence From: Eddie Adler (Arnold)
Condolence: Ella Mae worked for my grandmother Mary Arnold when I was growing up. Like you see in some old movies - however she was considered like an Aunt to us. She was firm, strong and a very loving person. She would hug you when you got hurt or whip your tail when you were bad.
She taught me and my sisters and brother how to act and treat people. She was a very elegant strong person - in the 1960s in Alabama when the perception was quite different. I wish I had seen her before she passed. RIP Ella Mae
