Obituary for Jessie M. Poole
Mother Jessie Mae Poole, 93, peacefully exchanged this life for eternity surrounded by her loving and devoted children on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. Mother Poole was a native of Minter, Alabama and lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama.
She leaves a loving and devoted family to cherish her precious memories two sons: James (Mamie) Roberts of Mobile, AL and Maurice (Katherine) Poole of Kingsland, GA; four daughters: Linda Poole Wilcox, Debra (Cedric) Davis, and Pamela (Vernon) Young all of Mobile, AL, and Gloria (Archibald) Ball of Atlanta, GA; one sister: Russia Lee Gaston; one brother: David Lee Gaston both of Jackson, AL; twenty- two grandchildren; fifty-four great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 9am until the11am “Homegoing Service” at The Church of God Pentecostal, Inc. 818 Telegraph Road in Mobile, AL. Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery,1939 Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile, AL.
