The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence: To a family that has also been my family for years. We are truly sorry and deeply saddened by the loss of Charlotte. She was a beautiful person, inside and out. She had a smile that could outshine the sun. She had a bright and cheerful personality.
