Talmadge Dowdlan, Jr was born on August 7, 1949 and departed this life for his eternal home on Thursday, April 19, 2018.

His remains will lie in state on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 1- 8pm at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour in Small’s Mortuary Chapel, Mobile, AL. Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery, Mobile, AL.
