Obituary for Thomas Jefferson Leonard Drummond Jr.
Thomas Jefferson Leonard Drummond, Jr., 59, transitioned this life on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at his home. He was born to the union of the late Thomas, Sr. and Elnora Drummond in Mobile, AL. He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and longtime employee of Allen Memorial Home.
The celebrants of his life include his devoted wife of 18 years, Barbara Hickenbottom Drummond; three stepchildren, Paul (Darlene) Craig, Angela (Vincent) Brown and Tasha Craig; two brothers, Robert Johnson, III and Larry Drummond; five sisters, Roberta (Jimmie) Mauldin, Cora Monroe of Tampa, FL, Rep. Barbara Drummond, Jean Potter and Denise Drummond-Irby; five grandchildren; a host of other relatives.
A visitation will be held from 10am untill the 11am Funeral Mass Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, 2 S Claiborne St, Mobile, AL. He will be laid to rest 11am Monday, January 8, 2018 in the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Spanish Fort, AL.
