Gary Timothy Simmons Sr.
Gary Timothy Simmons, Sr. “Bo” was born on September 8, 1954 to the union of Hosie Simmons and Hattie Dubose Simmons.

He was preceded in death by his son, Gary T. Simmons, Jr., daughter, Kimberly Simmons Calhoun.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Vanessa Simmons; daughter, Cuwana Barnes; son, Gary T. Simmons, III; devoted nephew, Dewayne Dixon; caregiver and friend, Tara Hines; two brothers; four sisters; and a host of other relatives and friends.

His remains will lie in state on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 5-8pm at Small's Mortuary, Mobile. A viewing will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 12 pm until 1pm in Small’s Mortuary Chapel, 950 South Broad Street, Mobile, AL.
